Was going to try to stay upbeat today.  While checking the news feeds, well this is going to be WAR!

The French are concerned with Iran’s nuclear capabilities and heavy sanctions are already in place from European and the USA  which is destroying  Iran currency. ( Rials or Tomans )  It has been reported that the CIA has tried to manipulate the Iranian rial over the past few years in order to destabilize the country, though unsuccessfully. Yeah right look at history once again and you will find the money trail.  That’s right the world banks are going to bring US to war.  Our troops our military our money.  Happy frickin New Year!

Economy of Iran:

From Wikipedia

The economy of Iran is the eighteenth largest in the world by purchasing power parity (PPP) and according to Iranian officials’ claims is going to become the 12th largest by 2015.  The economy of Iran is a mixed and transition economy with a large public sector and some 50% of the economy centrally planned.  It is also a diversified economy with over 40 industries directly involved in the Tehran Stock Exchange.  Yet, most of the country’s exports are oil and gas, accounting for a majority of government revenue in 2010.

Iran has warned the United States it will take action if an American warship returns to the Persian Gulf.  It left the area when Iran started its 10-day naval war games, during which they successfully test-fired a number of different missiles. But Russia’s defence ministry says that despite the latest military exercise, the Iranians don’t have the technology to make intercontinental ballistic missiles.

Meanwhile France is pushing for stricter sanctions as it says it’s sure Tehran is developing nuclear weapons.  It’s urged EU countries to follow the U.S. in freezing Iranian central bank assets and imposing an embargo on oil exports. Tehran has been threatening to block the Strait of Hormuz – one of the world’s most important oil routes – if the West stepped up sanctions.

Here we go the USS Carrier John C. Stennis is in the Gulf!

An Iranian warplane has spotted an US aircraft carrier during Tehran’s ongoing navy drill in the Persian Gulf, reports IRNA news agency.  The US fleet’s maneuvers come after Iran threatened to block the oil flow through the Strait of Hormuz.

Tehran’s surveillance jet has shot a video and pictures of the American carrier, which was later identified as John C. Stennis.  The US Fifth Fleet keeps a military base in Bahrain, while the ship was spotted in the Gulf of Oman after crossing the Strait of Hormuz.

Iranian state TV also showed images of the Iranian exercise, which is taking place in international waters near the Strait of Hormuz – the passageway for one-sixth of the world’s oil supply.
